Waste Liquid Treatment
Treatment Items
Cyanide-Containing Waste Liquid (Toxic Substances)
SDTI holds a full series of permits for cyanide waste liquid treatment and possesses official approval documents for handling toxic and controlled chemical substances.
Includes mixtures of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid with a pH value ≤ 2.0. These are classified as difficult-to-treat mixed acid liquids.
(Waste Code: C-0202)
Fluoride-Containing Waste Liquid
High-tech manufacturing plants use hydrofluoric acid for surface cleaning, producing waste liquids with fluoride concentrations exceeding 3,500 ppm. As local environmental authorities tighten discharge limits on fluoride levels, SDTI’s advanced treatment technology can reduce fluoride concentrations to below 15 ppm, fully complying with environmental regulations.
Nitrate Nitrogen Waste Liquid
These are complex mixed acid liquids (Waste Code: C-0202) characterized by high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen. With stricter discharge standards across industries, SDTI’s treatment systems effectively reduce ammonia nitrogen to below 20 ppm and nitrate nitrogen to below 50 ppm, meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements.
