Automatic Sandblasting Machine

Used for general coating applications: through oscillating and maintaining constant pressure and speed, the process removes existing coatings and creates the desired surface roughness on workpieces. This ensures uniform surface adhesion, enhances energy efficiency per kilowatt-hour during use, and prevents abnormal peeling or delamination.

Electric Thermal Spraying

Applied in special vacuum coating processes: using a method similar to coating, the required surface roughness is pre-established on the workpiece to increase the surface texture and enhance adhesion for vacuum coatings with specific technical requirements.

Clean Room

All cleaned components are processed within a clean room using high-pressure rinsing and ultrasonic cleaning, followed by baking, vacuum sealing, and anti-static packaging. This ensures cleanliness during transportation, allowing the workpieces to be unpacked and used immediately at the customer’s site.
